- 8am – Noon – MSA Officer Breakfast and Meetings – Dakota Event Center
- 9am – Golf Tournament – Rolling HIlls Golf Club
- 10am – 4pm Welcome at individual hotels
- 10am-5pm Market Place open (Dakota Event Center)
- 4pm Parade line up (Presentation College)
- 5:30 Parade Step off
- Oasis at Aberdeen Convention & Visitors Bureau following parade
- Plenty of room for vehicles and trailers to the West of the parade end point
- 8pm – Midnight – Yelduz Temple Bar open for visitors
- Trolly Transportation
- 3:00 pm – Midnight
Friday August 2nd
- 10am – noon Welcome at Individual Hotels
- 10am-5pm Market Place open (DEC)
- Competitions
- Clown – Yelduz Shrine Center
- Motor Corps – Swisher Field Complex
- Lunch at Yelduz Shrine Center
- Chanters – TBD
- Horse Patrols – Brown County Fairgrounds – Time TBD
- 10:30 am – Ladies Brunch – Dakota Event Center – $ TBD
- Catered Brunch, Guests Speakers, and Hat Decorating, & Homemade Pheasant Sandwiches
- Trolly will pick up at other hotels beginning at 9:00am
- 1pm – Ladies to Storybook Land for tours
- Open to everyone
- 5pm – Downtown Concert
- Special Hat Auction for Children’s Hospital
- Food Vendors and Beer Vendors
- Trolly Transportation
- 1pm – MIdnight
Saturday August 3rd
- 9:30 Parade Lineup
- Stage at Aberdeen Central High School
- End at Melgaard Park
- 10:30 Parade Step Off
- Noon – Sack Lunch in Melgaard Park
